"I know Toni has many customers other than Rhonda and me. Every time I hear the never ending 'Zero Cost' Medicare insurance commercials, I think how fortunate we are to have worked with Toni.
We talked about the reality of the different plans in simple, understandable words. Then she shopped for the best plans that meet our specific needs. We made our educated decisions on our own, based on plenty of different options. There was no pressure, just good information and great customer service.
The Medicare business must be very profitable to spend the money they do on advertising. The TV commercials and daily mailings are so misleading, after you see and hear the facts of coverages, deductibles, premiums, etc.
